生きているミュージアム『NIFREL(ニフレル)』の新展示ゾーン「およぎにふれる」。
ニフレルは、「感性にふれる」をコンセプトに、生きものの個性の魅力や多様性をアーティスティックな空間演出で表現する施設。影を効果的に活用した空間を創り出すことで、生きものの泳ぎや、生きものたちが暮らす世界を浮き立たせるという新展示ゾーンのコンセプトに基づき、サインボードの上を泳ぎ回る魚からゆらゆらと落ちる影の動きや、水紋のように広がる文様などを光と影で表現した。コンセプトを映像とマッピングで視覚的にわかりやすく伝えるとともに、新しい展示に対する期待感を醸成することを目指した。
brNIFREL, the Living Museum, presents its new exhibition zone: “SWIM”. NIFREL is a facility that expresses the charm and diversity of living creatures' individuality through artistic spatial design, based on the concept of “touching the senses.” Based on the new zone's concept of creating spaces that effectively utilize shadows to highlight the swimming motions of creatures and the worlds they inhabit, the signage employs light and shadow to depict elements like fish swimming across the boards, the swaying movement of falling shadows, and patterns spreading like ripples on water. The goal was to visually convey the concept clearly through video and mapping while building anticipation for the new exhibition.
