自然を感じるインタラクティブメディアアート作品。
秋葉原駅の東西自由通路が2019年10月にフルリニューアルするのにあわせ、「通る人々に癒しや安らぎを感じてもらう」というコンセプトで制作。深度センサーに反応して通行人をセンシングしプロジェクションマッピングされた映像が人々の後に追従する。人工物が多い通路においても。あたかも風や空気などの気配などの自然を感じることができる上、通勤通学などで通行量が多くても、通行の妨げにならないような穏やかな環境演出を行った。
Interactive media art that connects you with nature. Created for the October 2019 full renovation of Akihabara Station's East-West Free Passageway, with the concept of “offering passersby a sense of healing and tranquility.” Depth sensors detect pedestrians, and projected mapping visuals follow people as they move. Even within this man-made passageway, visitors can sense the presence of nature—like wind or air currents. The gentle environmental design ensures it does not obstruct passage, even during peak commuting hours.
